Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Astrology Reports

A full refund is given if we cannot compute your chart, if we do not deliver within 72 hours of your order without prior notice, or if a duplicate payment occurs. Once a human-reviewed report has been delivered, payment is non-refundable because the work is complete.

2. Programmes and Courses

Cancel before the programme starts for a full refund. Once started, refunds are considered case by case within 7 days of the start date, and not after you have completed more than a quarter of the content.

3. Memberships and Subscriptions

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing and access continues to the end of the paid period. Payments already made are not refunded except in the case of a duplicate or erroneous charge.

4. Events and Retreats

Cancellation terms for each event are shown at booking. If we cancel an event, you receive a full refund or a transfer to another date.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email info@futurealignment.com with your order reference and payment ID. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment source.
